Educational Qualification:

Assistant Professor in Sanskrit:

  • Masters Degree in the concerned subject or discipline with at least 50% marks or its equivalent and good academic records. (G.O(P)No.115/2008/H.Edn.Dated: 27.09.2008)
  • M.Ed Degree with not less than 55 % marks (G.O(P)No.102/2011/H.Edn.Dated:19.07.2011)
  • Three years teaching experience in Schools or Colleges after acquiring the professional qualifications.
  • Must have passed a comprehensive test specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the State Government in this behalf. When qualifications are equal preference shall be given to candidates who possess adequate knowledge in Malayalam

Assistant Engineer (Electrical): B.Sc/B Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering of a recognized University in India or its equivalent

Assistant Engineer/Head Draftsman (Civil):

  • B.Sc./B.Tech Degree in Engineering (Civil) of the Kerala University or any other qualification recognised as equivalent thereto. OR
  • Associate Membership Diploma of the Institution of Engineers(India) in Civil Engineering or any other Diploma recognised as equivalent thereto. OR

Medical Officer (Ayurveda): 

  • A Degree in Ayurveda awarded or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala or equivalent qualification.
  • ‘A’ Class registration in the Travancore-Cochin Medical Council.

Lecturer in Computer Applications and Business Management:

  • MBA with Computer Application as an optional paper with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a university recognized by any university in Kerala after undergoing a regular course of study. OR
  • MCA Degree with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university after undergoing a regular course of study and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from a Government recognized institution. OR
  • B.Tech Degree with not less than 60% marks in Computer Science with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from a Government recognized Institution after undergoing a regular course of study.

Sanitary Chemist: A Bachelors Degree in Science with Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Microbiology as the main subject or its equivalent obtained from a recognized University / National Institutes established by the Central Government or Institutions established by Government of Kerala.

Mechanic Police Constable:

  • Pass in SSLC or its equivalent
  • National Trade Certificate in Motor Mechanism

Heritage Document Translator:

  • Graduation with Sanskrit as Second Language or optional OR
  • Vidwan (Sanskrit)/ Sasthrabhooshanam or any other Diploma in Sanskrit declared as equivalent thereto. II) Ability to read and write Malayalam, English and Tamil or Kannada.
  • Proficiency in copying down Palmleaf manuscripts (To be proved at a Practical Test)

Accountant Gr. III:

  • Sahityacharya of Kerala Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in SSLC Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Govt. Examinations Kerala or its equivalent. OR
  • Rashtra Bhasha Visarad (RBV) of the Dakshin Bharath Hindi Prachar Sabha with a pass in SSLC examination conducted by the Commissioner for Government Examinations, Kerala or its equivalent.OR

Driver Gr.II (HDV):

  • Literacy in Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada.
  • Must posses Current Motor Driving Licence with endorsement for driving Heavy Duty Vehicle and Motor Cycle and must have three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil. Driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must have endorsement both for Heavy Goods and Heavy passenger Vehicles and applications with only one endorsement will be summarily rejected (Vide amendment No. 47/78 to the Motor Vehicles Act.

Higher Secondary School Teacher – Statistics:

  • Master’s Degree in the concerned subject with not less than 45% marks from any of the Universities in Kerala or a Qualification recognised as equivalent thereto in the respective subject by any University in Kerala.
  • B.Ed in the concerned subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto by a University in Kerala.
  • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree in concerned subject, B.Ed. Degree acquired in the concerned faculty as specified in the Acts and Statutes of any of the Universities in Kerala.
  • In the absence of persons with B.Ed. Degree as specified in item (1) and (2) above, persons with B.Ed. Degree in any subject acquired after a regular course of study from any of the Universities in Kerala or a qualification recognised as equivalent thereto by any of the Universities in Kerala.
  • Must have passed the State Eligibility Test (SET) for the post of Higher Secondary School Teachers conducted by the Government of Kerala or by the Agency authorized by the State Government

Clerk-Typist:

  • A pass in SSLC or its equivalent.
  • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word Processing or its equivalent.
  • Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam (KGTE) or its equivalent.

Assistant Professor in Arabic (XII NCA- ST):

  • Masters Degree in the subject concerned with not less than Fifty percentage ( 50% ) marks or its equivalent and good academic record .
  • Must have passed a Comprehensive Test in the subject concerned specifically conducted for the purpose by UGC or any agency duly constituted by the state government in this behalf.   • Must have completed 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies (ie. Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Unions) affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment.
  • B.Com / BBA / BBM / B.Sc.(Co-op. And Banking) or any degree from a recognized University.

Junior Assistant:

  • Must have completed 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies (ie. Regional Cooperative Milk Producers Unions) affiliated to the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited. Candidates selected under this Category should be in service of the Member Society not only on the date of application but also on the date of appointment.

  • Must have completed 3 years regular service in any cadre in the Member Societies affiliated to the Kerala State Co-operative Consumers’ Federation Limited.
